Field Coordinator

Description:

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent, with 3-5 year relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and provide operational support to members of the team.

• Assist the team leader in pre-testing and finalization of survey questionnaires.

• Supervise the data collection team and provide requisite guidance.

• Ensure that the overall strategy for survey/research is followed inline with ToRs.

• Manage the training of survey team during pre-testing and prior to actual survey.

• Assist the team leader in final debriefing to the client.

• Authorize and account for survey team expenditures.

Field Supervisors

Description:

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent, with 1-2 year relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Give orientation to the survey team.

• Prepare and share with the survey team the plan to conduct the interviews.

• Undertake random checks of the survey team to ensure quality.

• Examine every filled-in questionnaire on daily basis and point out discrepancies and ask for rectifying the same.

• Prepare, for the head office, a detailed control statement summarizing the events of the whole day, including summarized information regarding the number and quality of interviews conducted by different Investigators.

Field Investigators/Enumerators

Description:

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent, with 1-2 year relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Collect information, using the prescribed questionnaires, through short interviews

• Share collected information with the Supervisor on daily basis

• Rectify errors/mis-communicated information in surveys

* Proficiency in Urdu, English and local languages is a must. Male enumerators should have own transport.
